2008 Elections

Now, we all know that this election is going to be the biggest and most expensive election in our nation's history. The bill is going to be a staggering $1 billion, I believe the 2004 election was 1/2 a billion.

Well it's not only a big election for the U.S. (Maybe the world) but also for me, because I can vote! I registerd on my birthday (Mummy lost the form so maybe I need to get another one) but I registered Democrat because I DO NOT resinate what so ever with the Republican party. I personally think Hillary would be a good candidate but... I don't that she's against gay marriage and that she voted for the war in Iraq. Now many Republicans are not bashing her because she says "If I was president on March 17th, 2002, out country would not have gone to war", this is probably a ploy to get the voters whom hate the war to side with her, but basically she is doing what all politicians have to do, they have to market themselves to the people. They have to be wanted by the people of the U.S. currently, the people of the U.S. want to hear that the war was a mistake (Something Bush won't admite). As for her voting for the war, I can see why she did, but I just don't necessarly agree. She voted for the war because at the time Iraq was considered a threat to our nation's national security and since she's senator of New York, of course she is going to vote yes. Mr. Bush has deseved our nation, he, along with Cheney, are trying to make more money for Halaburton. I seriously believe that there are three major candidates for the Democratic party, Dodd, Edwards, and Clinton. For Republican, there is hardly one that stands out excpet for McCain or Giuliani. Giuliani, I personally believe won't make the cut since he is considered a 'Liberal' Republican. So I believe that McCain will be the Republican Candidate for 2008. I really wish that Obama was the Democrate Candidate, but I really don't think he'll make it due to his lack of experience.

According to FOX news (Sadly, yes, I watched this) a Republican (who else would ever be on that channel) predicted that Hillary Clinton would win and would become the worst president the nation has seen, because of her stance on the war, and where she thinks the federal spending should go. If this, however, is a 'negative' I think the American Public will have to wake up to other political parties and differnt ways of governing since the Republican party along with the Democrat party will supposidly at this time, 'no longer able to be trusted.' This man predicted that Hillary will have most of the federal spending on the public. Now what the F*** is wrong with that? We spend $8 billion a month on this god for saken war, what would be so wrong with having money going to the American Public besides fighting for someone's ego. This man on FOX is someone that could be easily argued, but basically anyone on FOX news is easily argued.

A man also on there argued that there was no global warming, that it is a ploy to draw in voters to vote Democrat. Well... o.k., lets look at it this way. Why did I have tornado warnings on December 1st and then the next day
